Pamela Spencer Loan Originator/Loan Officer since 2016.
Soon after graduating college and starting a career, I got married and spent the next 20 years raising my children. As a stay-at-home mom, I did a lot of volunteer work and fundraising, which I loved and found very rewarding. I decided to obtain a master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialty in Non-profit Management to help me with this endeavor. Before I was halfway through with this 48-credit degree, the Mortgage Collapse of 2008 ensued and from that moment on, all my Public Administration courses followed the daily happenings of the mortgage industry. I became fascinated in what had happened and why. I also discovered that Americans as they aged were struggling with the economic pressures of life. It was amazing to me how many senior homeowners still had mortgages. For the past 5 years I have had the privilege to work with and assist homeowners and home buyers with residential home loans. I have worked on numerous transactions that have included the purchase of new homes, downsizing, refinancing with a specialization in first time homebuyers, as well as seniors with reverse mortgages and even reverse purchases.
