Hello, my name is Danielle Marie Petilli and I reside in Westchester County, NY with my 3 children. I have 2 beautiful girls and 1 handsome boy. I am the oldest of 3 sisters and I am a cancer survivor.
I have been in the mortgage industry since 2002. I started out as a processor and then furthered my mortgage career by venturing into sales. In 2016, I received my MLO license and I am currently licensed in 5 states. I look forward to extending my licensing in the future by adding additional states. I have worked on both the lender and broker side. I am well versed in Conventional, FHA, VA, and 203K loans. I have worked with many different lenders which allowed me the opportunity to learn and extend my knowledge in the many different products and programs offered to my borrowers.
I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge over the last 22 years in the mortgage business, and I am very proud of my accomplishments and successes as an LO and Processor. I believe communication, knowledge, organization, teamwork, and excellent customer service is vital in this industry, and something I take very seriously when working with my borrowers. I am passionate about the mortgage industry and making my borrowers dreams come true.
