As Vice President of Sales and Loan Officer at United Mortgage Corp., Bill has been involved in over 10,000 real estate transactions, giving him extensive knowledge of mortgage lending, underwriting, refinancing, and residential financing solutions.

Bill specializes in helping buyers and homeowners secure the right loan program for their needs, including FHA loans, VA loans, conventional mortgages, jumbo financing, renovation loans, refinance programs, investment property loans, and first-time homebuyer financing. Outside of work, Bill and his wife, Arlene, enjoy spending time with their blended family and staying active in the waterfront and boating community in Toms River, New Jersey. In his free time, Bill enjoys collecting classic muscle cars and spending time on the golf course, where he proudly considers himself an “extremely average” but enthusiastic golfer.
